The new store for ULTA located in the Horsham Gate Shopping Center is now open! It opened on June 7, just after the Willow Grove location closed permanently on June 6. I checked it out today and it's really nice looking inside! It has a salon in the back of the store and the checkout is now up front. On Saturday June 12, they are having a special Urban Decay event. You can schedule an appointment to have a makeover with an Urban Decay specialist and no purchase is required. Call ULTA at 215-659-1816 to make a reservation to get done up!
